DM Aircraft Maintenance are the dedicated engineering maintenance provider based in Vienna, Austria providing comprehensive maintenance on the Lauda Europe A320 and Ryanair B737 fleet of aircraft.
We are currently recruiting a Technical Operations Liaison Engineer to join our highly skilled engineering team. The Technical Operations Liaison will work as part of a team responsible for the coordination of long term AOGs across shift rotations, ensuring a timely return to service of the aircraft to minimise disruption to the Ryanair operation.
The successful candidate will work with our dedicated team of engineering professionals in Vienna.
This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of long term AOGs across shifts to ensure high quality of handovers and paperwork.
Reviewing of material and tooling requirements for AOGs.
Liaising with the shiftleader to ensure timely recovery of AOG aircraft.
Reporting back to VIE Hangar Manager and Dublin Bridge engineers with updates on complex and long term AOGs.
Be point of contact for all enquiries regarding AOGs in VIE.
Ensuring all bases in the region report back promptly on the delays at their stations.
Monitoring the on-time performance of all aircraft in DMAM region.
Any other duties as requested by your Supervisor / Manager.
Requirements
We require self-motivated individuals who are able to work without direct supervision.
Excellent spoken and written English is essential.
Good computer literacy is essential.
Previous experience with AMOS is an advantage.
Line and Hangar experience is desirable.
Good communication and organisation skills are essential.
Must have a flexible approach to working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Must be willing to work shifts, including weekends.
