Structural engineer: composite production support M/F

As part of the development of our activities, we are looking for a Structural Engineer: composite production support (M/F).

Your main missions:
– Provide production support to ensure the continuity and fluidity of manufacturing;
– Guarantee compliance with the definition;
– Write derogatory technical files;
– Provide technical support for the workshop in achieving the defined objectives;
– Provide methodological and technical support in continuous improvement and in the case of non-conformities;
– Collaborate with the methods office;
– Support the implementation in the workshop of definition and process developments;
– Ensure that Quality objectives are met by identifying and eradicating the root causes of non-conformities encountered;
– Define and implement the strategy for controlling and perfecting the manufacturing process, from a technical and documentary point of view.

Required profile
With BAC+5 training in an engineering or mechanical/industrial school, you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the aeronautics field on missions related to composite materials.
Your technical skills:
- Mastery of composite manufacturing processes (stratification and bonding);
- Knowledge of industrial resources and the problems they generate (operation of autoclaves, machines);
- Knowledge of technical English.
