JC Maintenance is currently recruiting for a Sheet Metal Worker to be based in Madrid Airport, Spain. The successful candidate will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair.

Role:

Aircraft body structure and parts repair on Ryanair fleet aircraft, in according with approved maintenance data and procedures
Performing metal assembling operations such as cutting, filling, drilling, countersinking, fitting, shimming, adjusting, clamping, bolting, reaming, riveting and bucking work.
Working with, amongst others, relevant equipment -Bending machines, English Wheel, Flap Peening, Drill or Grinder as usual working tools.
To find the most suitable repair solutions and implementation in according to the Maintenance Repair Manuals
Any other duties as requested by your Shift Leader / Hangar Manager

Requirements

Must hold demonstrable experience of Sheet Metal Work and Structural Repair
Previous maintenance experience on B737 is highly desirable.
Knowledge of technical drawing
Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
Must be flexible, including availability to work overtime as and when required
Ability and willingness to train non-skilled personnel
Excellent communication skills - fluent English is essential
Good computer literacy
Willing to work night/day shifts
A valid EU/EEA passport with the unrestricted right to live and work in the European Union and a valid EU driver's license
