Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services is providing base maintenance of Boeing 737-800 aircraft for Ryanair, Europe biggest airline.Our highly trained and dedicated engineers are the driving force behind our industry leading safety record. Across out network, our skilled engineers conduct extensive checks on individual aircraft system, structures and components to ensure that all our aircraft continue to operate with the utmost efficiency and take our customers to their destinations on time.

A new exciting opportunity has arisen within the Wroclaw Aircraft Maintenance Services. We are looking to hire a Quality Engineer in our hangar in Wroclaw.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Active participating in daily activities of the WAMS Quality Department.
Ensuring that policies, procedures, and processes are aligned with regulatory and customer requirements.
Supporting the analysis of reported occurrences.
Support, conduct and facilitate internal and external audits.
Conducting reviews, gap analysis, creating and implementing corrective action plans.
Continually assessing regulatory requirements to ensure, as a minimum, compliance is maintained.
Support various quality related activities including continuous improvement activities.

Requirements

Knowledge of quality and continuous improvement tools/techniques.
Good knowledge of English (min. B2).
Ability to plan and work to deadlines and on own initiative.
The ability to adapt to change quickly with a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of EASA regulations relating to Aircraft Maintenance & Reapair, operation, engineer licencing & certification or willing to learn.
Experience of working in an Aircraft Maintenance & Repair Organization is welcome.
MS Office suite experience.
