Description

Attached to the quality department, you will be responsible for guaranteeing the conformity of production activities deployed within the two factories of the aircraft manufacturer Elixir Aircraft.
Description of main tasks:
Define/implement intermediate control points within the aircraft production flow;
Participate in the development and improvement of control documents and methods;
Qualify and monitor the entire production cycle and carry out tests regularly to identify possible malfunctions as early as possible;
Write and validate internal and external ISPs;
Stop any action that would have unacceptable quality consequences on the product;
Ensure the management and monitoring of production non-conformities in collaboration with the various departments concerned;
Identify the cause of technical problems and recommend modifications;
Write reports on malfunctions and corrective and curative actions;
Define and monitor quality assurance objectives;
Work with internal teams to improve product quality;
Support the production team in the deployment of the quality policy.

Requirements

Required profile
Coming from higher education (Bac+5, Engineering school) or Master's level training specialized in quality control or industrial performance professions.

Expected qualities:
Technical
Production experience in the aeronautical or industrial sector (minimum: 1 year);
Mastery of technical documentation and plan reading, and geometric tolerancing;
Knowledge and mastery of analysis and problem resolution methodologies (8D, FMEA);
Knowledge in the aeronautical regulatory field (EN 9100, PART21G);
Comfortable with IT tools (ERP, Microsoft office).
