We are currently recruiting for a CAMO Engineer with Airbus experience to join our team. Based in Dublin, this role offers attractive career development and progression within Europe’s largest airline group.
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining oversight of all air-worthiness activities and maintain active control over the tasks performed by our subcontracted CAMO:
Duties
Monitor compliance with Airworthiness Directives
Monitor compliance with the Maintenance Programme
Monitor to ensure life limited components are forecast and replaced when required
Monitor to ensure that maintenance is planned and performed as necessary
Monitor to ensure that Engine Health Monitoring alerts are received and reacted to accordingly
Assist in upkeep of Lauda Europe Maintenance Programme and MEL
Ensure that Maintenance Records are maintained and archived according to regulation
Interface with Maltese regulators when necessary and ensure any local requirements are complied with in addition to EASA regulations
Assist with issue of aircraft ARC extensions
Assist the Postholder/Deputy Postholder, to ensure that any audit, ASR, SAFA/SACA, incidents etc. findings are investigated and resolved.

Requirements

Aeronautical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering Degree or EASA Maintenance license
At least 3 years’ experience working in an airline in a Quality Assurance, Tech Services or Maintenance role
Understanding of EASA Part 145 & Part-M regulations
Working knowledge of aircraft (airframe / engine) maintenance records and Technical Publications, ADs, SBs, AMM etc
Computer literate and proficient with MS Office products
Support continued development of internal processes and procedures
Attention to detail essential
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Technical knowledge of the Boeing and/or Airbus aircraft
Flexible approach with project delivery being a high priority.
Must have excellent communication skills, both in-person and by electronic means.
Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft Software Programs [Word, Excel]
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail in multi-tasking situations and the ability to deliver results to tight timelines
