Description
Ryanair DAC is currently recruiting for Airworthiness Review Staff. This position will provide an exciting opportunity to be part of the Ryanair DAC Airworthiness Review Team with the responsibility of performing Airworthiness Reviews and recommendations for the constantly evolving fleet of A320, B737-800 and B737-8200 aircraft registered in Ireland, Malta, Poland and the United Kingdom.
The role is based in Stansted
The Role
Assist with the execution of the company fleet Airworthiness Review Certificate schedules.
Perform Airworthiness Reviews and issue Airworthiness Review Certificates or recommendations in accordance with applicable regulations, national authority requirements, and company procedures.
Extend Airworthiness Review Certificates.
Assist with aircraft import/export requirements.
Liaise with the CAMO’s technical departments to resolve all Airworthiness Review findings and make sure that all findings are closed prior to making a recommendation or issuing an Airworthiness Review Certificate or issuing an extension to a current Airworthiness Review Certificate.
Requirements
Acquired an appropriate licence in compliance with Annex (III) Part-66 or an aeronautical degree or a national equivalent or have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in continuing airworthiness.
Received formal aeronautical maintenance training
Held a position within an approved organisation with appropriate responsibilities
Experience
Preferably an existing or former Nominated Airworthiness Review Staff with or held Authorisation privileges to Issue an ARC or Recommendation.
Experience/Knowledge of Part 21, Part M /CAMO and Part 145 maintenance activity
Experience in the performance of Airworthiness Reviews, including aircraft records review and physical surveys on B737-800, B737-8200 and A320 aircraft (All preferable but not essential).
Experience in CAMO activities including AMP, AD’s, SB’s, LLP’s, Part 21 Modifications and repairs.
Competencies
Working knowledge of the current EASA Part CAMO/145/21 and UK CAA Part M, regulations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Be able to demonstrate solid analytical skills in interpretation of technical documentation
IT competent
Skills and attributes
Ability to work to deadlines as part of a team and individually on own initiative.
Strong verbal and written technical communication skills.
Aptitude for disciplined record keeping
Flexibility and able to travel across the Ryanair Network.
Ability to adapt to change quickly
Fluent in English with an additional European language being an advantage
Be acceptable to the Competent Authorities of registration as a nominated Airworthiness Review Staff.
