Emma joined Symbiotics ltd in 2013 after gaining a first class honors degree in Psychology. As part of her role at Symbiotics, Emma applies psychological theory and understanding with a focus on selection and assessment within the aviation industry, conducting face to face and remote assessments across the globe. Since completing her MSc in Occupational Psychology in 2014, she is experienced in the delivery of the ADAPT suite of selection and assessment tools within a wide range of commercial and private companies, airlines and training organisations. Emma has recently become an accredited Aviation Psychologist and is listed on the European Association for Aviation Psychology’s register for accredited Aviation Psychologists.
