Urtė began her journey in aviation as a Cabin Crew member. After gaining first-hand experience in aviation, she decided to shift her career path and begin working in HR. Now as the Head of HR at Heston Airlines, Urtė leads a dedicated team of specialists, addressing a variety of HR concerns for both office and crew personnel. Her responsibilities encompass managing HR-related issues, fostering a positive work environment, and facilitating effective communication between different departments.
