Originally from Italy, he has been living in Dublin for 4 years, and started his career in the aviation industry a year ago with CAE. In his capacity as a Recruitment Consultant, Paolo works with pilots to help them find their ideal roles based on their individual requirements and career goals.
He has an educational background in Business Management, with a focus in Marketing. In addition to this, he also has extensive experience in client relationship management.
