Mike is a Global Pilot selection assessor with L3Harris responsible for assessing potential and existing pilots. He has 25 years’ experience in Recruitment, 15 years’ experience in Aviation, including 10 at British Airways and 5 at L3Harris. He has assessed direct entry and cadet pilots in several different countries for some of the world’s leading airlines. He has managed the recruitment function for multinational companies and has created two successful business of his own. Mike lives on the south coast of England, he is a keen sailor and has an interest in aviation and travel.
