Jen Fleming has over 12 years’ experience in aviation recruitment, project management, aircraft deliveries/ ferry flights and consultancy. She has personally recruited for over 40 airlines including clients such as Virgin, Eurowings, SunExpress, Aer Lingus and Jetstar. She has moved aircraft for leasing companies such as FPG Amentum, DAE, Aersource, AWAS, CIT, ACG and Aircastle as well as extensive project management for Embraer.
