Fenella Jefferson, Pilot Recruitment Consultant at GOOSE Recruitment has previously worked as a Commercial Pilot, Flight Instructor and Key Account Manager for over 21 years, in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. She is a member of the British Women’s Pilot Association and will deliver a talk on ‘How to land a great Pilot job’ as well as share stories of her experiences flying in the Australian outback.
