Caroline has 10+ years’ experience in Aviation Recruitment and Human Resources. Caroline specialises in Pilot recruitment and past experiences include Pilot Base Management, covering 13 bases encompassing 500+ pilots across Europe. She has also spent 2 years living in Oslo, Norway where she established and ran a highly successful, high volume recruitment drive for a large Scandinavian carrier.
She has driven numerous airline pilot recruitment campaigns worldwide and launched many recruitment campaigns in trusted partnership with many Airlines.
Her speciality and passion is working with people, the ability to connect with individuals and provide trusted guidance, be it with an Airline or Aircrew.
Caroline holds a BSc in Human Resource Management from University College Dublin (UCD).
