Pakker Avio is certified private flight school in Baltics that began training pilots in 1990. More than 350 commercial and private pilots have since graduated the flight school. Pakker Avio is based in Tartu (EETU) airport, from where our numerous school flights depart and where many pilots receive their wings. Currently. Pakker Avio also conducts aerial works, sight-seeing and charter flights and we are providindg CAMO and Part 145 Maintenance services.
