Our cabin crew are the ‘face’ of easyJet, in charge of delivering a quality service and looking after the safety and security of passengers and colleagues. As a Cabin Manager, you’ll lead them on board and take responsibility for the smooth running of the cabin, enhancing the customer experience and providing an essential link between all teams, both on the ground and in the air.


Key responsibilities

  • Champion the highest standard of customer service at all times ensuring repeat business.
  • Set measurable goals, objectives and performance standards during the briefing
  • Drive and manage performance by encouraging a culture of continuous improvement, empowering our crew through on the job coaching, recognition and feedback to develop them to their full potential
  • Support the crew with their personal development
  • Demonstrate a self-directed learning approach to continually develop people management skills
  • Seek out practical ways to reduce costs and maximise revenue
  • Demonstrate resilience when required and confidence in decision making on board
  • Generate enthusiasm, keeping up the customer-service energy while being aware of the need for professionalism
  • Championing new ways of working
  • Be accountable for the safety and standards throughout the cabin on your flights
  • Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures in accordance with the easyJet Operations Manuals

Requirements of the Role

  • Age 18 or older
  • 12 months flying experience in the past 36 months
  • Height must be between 5’2″ (158cm) to 6’3″ (190cm) without shoes on with weight in proportion to height
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in the native language of the country (German)
  • Able to swim 25m unaided (without a floatation device) and tread water for at least 1 minute
  • Confident in a customer facing role with previous customer service experience
  • You have the right to work in the EU and do you hold a passport which allows you to travel freely across the easyJet network
  • Good standard of education
  • No visible tattoos or body piercing which cannot be covered discreetly
  • Able to arrive at your chosen base within 60-90 minutes (unaided by easyJet) and be prepared to make this journey every day, at any time of the day
  • A verifiable 5 year history

Cabin Manager On Target Earnings

  • €40,000 – €50,000 including basic salary, shift allowance, flight pay and commission
